In this paper, we consider finite mixture models and establish some stochastic comparison results for two finite mixtures with components having proportional reversed hazard rate and proportional hazard rate distributions. The conditions presented are simpler than those of \cite{Hazra: Finkelstein:2018} to verify, and are therefore better for claiming the ordering results established.
