In this article, a waste heat recovery cycle with applying organic Rankine cycle is considered. The basic cycle includes a turbine, a pump and an evaporator, which has the duty of power generation in two loops in parallel. In the proposed system, three additional equipment, i.e., PEM fuel cell, electrolyzer and thermoelectric generator are employed to improve the performance of the basic plant. Energy and exergy analyses have been used to check the performance of the suggested system. The results of energy and exergy examinations show that the energy efficiency of the proposed cycle is 8.62%, and the net output work is 12.19 kW. Based on the calculations, about 10% of the net production work is used to produce hydrogen in the electrolyzer which generate 0.633 kg/day of hydrogen. Also, the calculation of exergy analysis shows that the destruction of the total exergy is 970.2 kW. In addition, the production of electric power in the thermoelectric generator reported 1.543 kW.
