Imamate is a covenant like prophecy. Therefore, it is in the hands of God Almighty and no one can attain a high position, unless he has willed it, and God Almighty has not even entrusted the determination of this matter to His Prophet (PBUH), let alone that this Leave the serious matter to the ummah. On this basis, we have selected from the Book of God, the verse of Wilayah, which is one of the most important Qur'anic verses regarding Imamate, and as far as the scope of the article allows, we have studied and researched in this verse. To prove the privileged position of Imam Ali (as) in the verse of Wilayah, and we had a commentary on this verse of the Qur'an, "Giving Khatam is a common act, the incompatibility of giving a ring with the presence of the heart in prayer, the meaning of zakat ?, etc ...." Then the results and message of the verse are mentioned in the conclusion and summary section.
