There is no doubt that survival in the field of global competition requires improving the performance of organizations in all areas, including the optimal design and implementation of organizational structure and saving resources and facilities, including supply chain management and planning. Organizational resources play a special role. Companies need to increase production, reduce costs, and improve performance in order to be competitive and maintain their presence. To achieve this, the exchange of information between inside and outside the organization plays an important role. Supply chain management literally means the management of the correct information mentioned and ERP refers to the technology used to achieve this important. The results of this study show that in the current situation, ERP systems play a mediating role in supply chain integration and management. The increasing development of ICT fields has provided the opportunity to provide better and more appropriate solutions to play the mediating role of ERP systems, which allows us to achieve a more desirable supply chain management model.
