A theory of electrostaticsurface waves on a quantum plasma half-space is developed with the inclusion of external magnetic fieldeffects for the geometry in which the magnetic field is parallel to the surface and the direction of propagation is perpendicular to the magnetic field. A general analytical expression fordispersion relation of surface waves is obtained by solving Poisson and quantum magnetohydrodynamic equations with appropriate quantum boundary conditions.
