"General expressions for the energy density and energy flow of plasmonic waves in a twodimensional
massless electron gas (as a simple model of graphene) are obtained by means of the
linearized magneto-hydrodynamic model and classical electromagnetic theory when a strong external
magnetic field perpendicular to the system is present. Also, analytical expressions for the
energy velocity, wave polarization, wave impedance, transverse and longitudinal field strength
functions, and attenuation length of surface magneto-plasmon-polariton waves are derived, and
numerical results are prepared."
